At least 2 weeks notice if you can predict the weather And offer to make all the signs

Talk to everyone in person. Make the signs.

Consider what a block sale will do to traffic and parking on your street. A lot of people will say no.

It's the truth. Just look at what happens when one person has a party...the whole street is filled with cars, right?

I'd do it with your immediate neighbors. Not 20 houses.

Would people come for 1-4 houses?

People drive around and go when it's 1 house at a time, so yes.

Offer to do all the signage and advertising. They'll jump right in.

Can you believe I've never seen a block sale or a block party?

Offer to do all the signage and advertising. They'll jump right in. I wouldn't say no to that.

Check with the town first if it's OK.
