The library contains thousands of books on technologies that can be produced by most reasonably skilled craftsman using tools not as sophisticated as what can be found in many modern home workshops.

Of course, having 93GB of ebooks isn't going to help you if you don't have a way to read them : )

My understanding is that everything is out of copyright or licensed in a manner that allows it to be distributed freely, so it should all be legal.
