TV really makes my stress worse now. It's not even an escape. I just start cringing when an emarrassing scene comes on, and I cry or feel what the characters feel. It's worse than my real life.

Is there certain subjects that give you anxiety? I have that problem. It just seems like getting involved in any story before bed keeps me up.
