Is anyone fan of chamomile? How is it in tea? How is it in a pill?

It doesn't do anything for me either way.

The tea doesn't calm me.
In pill form, I have to take an enormous amount before it does anything.

It's nice as a night tea, but it doesn't make me tired.

^I had it in an herbal mix, but never alone. I don't think it helped.

It's nice for night tea, but it doesn't put you to sleep.
