I think I want medication. My heart races at the smallest things. Anxiety is taking over my life.

I am taking huge doses of herbal chamomile and tryptophan now. They don't make me tired, but they are calming me.

I hate how groggy OTC makes you feel and how sick prescriptions make you feel.

It's worth a try, especially if you are feeling desperate. Also, maybe talk to a therapist some as well? It can help, too, to get all that stuff that is stressing you out, out of your system.

Ativan can be a blessing. It hasn't been addictive to me. I can take it as needed.
IE about 2x a month.
