Does anyone see a therapist to "let it all out."? Does it help? Is it worth the money?

I've seen one but never really for therapy, just to get a prescription. I think it's definitely a good idea to give it a try if you feel like you could use a professional to talk to in confidentiality though.

I've seen one for years now. I save money by going to student therapists (I pay $25 a session, rather than $200) and they are better because they are too scared and new to be judgmental generally and they are also being monitored by higher up therapists, so they are trying hard to be perfect. And they are less jaded because they've seen less horrible things than therapists who have been therapists a long time now.
