Stopped after 5th grade for me. I remember my friends hooking me up with a girl in the neighborhood next to us. I'd go over to my friends house and she would be there with his sister and we would hangout and kiss and whatnot. It was cute.

I had the shot. I was protected from 2nd grade. Not sure when it stopped.

I don't think I ever believed in cooties, but I do remember having all boys clubs where girls weren't allowed when I was younger. I probably started liking girls around 5th grade or so? I had a "girlfriend" in 4th grade but I think it was more ceromonial than anything.
I will never forget "circle circle, dot dot now you have your cootie shot"

I kissed a boy in grade two to scare him away and he never talked with me since. Was making fun of my eyes for being strange. Cootie shots are stupid.
