Just put on tights, which are likely super comfy like pajamas, boots, and a long enough shirt to cover the ass. That's it, work attire complete. It passed for work attire, casual attire, party attire and all kinds of other attires.

i work in an office that is "business casual" but generally meaning nice pants, dress shirt, dress shoes, etc... whereas women get the comfort zone with the described outfit by OP.

WTF? You only think tights are comfortable because you've never worn them. They are itchy and horrible.
And most boots are horrible to walk in as well because of the heels. I can't walk in heels.

I HATE tights! Hate, hate, hate, hate! I used to wear them for school cause it was a requirement, that or knee highs -gags-.
If you want some class stop being lazy and take the boots away, yoga pants and the tights!
Wear normal pants for once Lol.

It's all about yoga pants. Granted I bought them because I actually started doing yoga, I wear them all the time. They are super comfy.
Then again, this is coming from a cocktail waitress. I wear a short dress to work. (I'm cold all the freaking time.) Tights, which cut into my skin sometimes. And I used to have to wear heals, seven hours a day. Did that for a year, now I'm in flats...but still, tray, short dress, 7 hours a day...ya'll can suck it. lol
