Honestly, and I've always said this..the first 3 things I notice about a woman are...(in any order).
1. Her Smile/facial expressions
2. How well her hair is groomed, how it is styled
3. Smell (if not at a distance)
Those 3 things immediately transcribe to me the type of person I am dealing w/.

1. Eyes
2. Smile
3. Hair
If it's a public place, I think I notice how she treats other people before any of those

If they're talking to me, or someone else for that matter, I notice their tone and how correct their grammar is. lol

Usually the eyes and smile.
Then I notice how she talks.

Close? Demeanor/face, then I travel observe south from there.
Far? Body type / weight. I realized long ago that I judge people based on their weight... tried to stop, haven't.
