Halloween Haunted Maze  Staff: If this post is deemed inappropriate then please accept my apologies and feel free to delete it.
Different forums have different standards.Our Community Library has presented a Haunted Maze with something for everyone since 2009. It is updated every Halloween and is a fun way to waste time while waiting for Trick or Treaters. The goal is to move through the themed rooms in the Maze and ultimately to figure out a secret password based on hints found in the Maze that you can use as a key to escape. You can participate as a guest, there is no need to register.

Thanks for the compliments.
Most of the rooms were designed by members although the staff cleaned them up.
Over the years some rooms have been replaced, others added and things are improved every year.
We lost a lot with V5.
Many rooms used to had sound when you entered them and there were far more cool widgets used.
I'm sure we'll figure out how to add those things again.
Some rooms are fine for entertaining children and others are more mature, with something like 30 rooms there is a lot of variety.
A few of the rooms are kind of bland like the one with recipes but others are quite intense like the one featuring the maze at Knott's Scary Farm.
It used to feature a live feed from cameras that were actually in the maze; quite cool.
I'm hoping someone new will be able to figure out the key and escape the Maze.
In V4 the posts made in the Maze did not show in recent posts so what happened in the Maze stayed in the Maze.
One fun feature that is often missed is a chat box that allows different people in the Maze to chat with each other so they can have fun in the Maze as a group.
Even after all the work of setting it up each year and knowing what to expect, it's still a lot of fun.
I hope people will try it out and give us some feedback and new ideas.
