Do you consider them to be heroes?
Why/why not?

They save lives every day. Yes, they are heroes in my book.

Anyone who dedicates their time to helping others is a hero.

Some of them, I do. Others that do it for the money, not so much.

I Agree with Tim. The ones who genuinely care are heroes, but not the money hungry ones.

I wish I could afford to talk to my therapist more, but she had to raise her minimal rate by $10 and I barely afford even $50 per session.
Still worth the money though since therapy can range into the hundreds or thousands.

I do think certain ones are. My therapist I think is a hero although she's never stopped me from trying to kill myself or anything (mainly cause I never tell her when I'm going to try) but I do think certain ones are.

Catherine, the one I would need charges $180 per session and I could never afford one visit.

I was once told insurance reasons, but that doesnt make sense either.... why would insurance WANT to pay more?

Here's what I don't get...
Every time I call any doctor and ask for a price, he always says to check with the receptionist...
Like do other people make the prices for them?
IF so, WHO?
