Do I have this right?
Health refers to physical well-being such as exercise or dieting.
Wellness refers to a person's psychological being in terms of emotionally or spiritually?
I just read this last week and still I get confused.

Both terms can be used to mean all of that.
There is mental health and physical wellness.

It used to be called Health & Body.
Health & Wellness fits better.

Health is physical and mental.
Wellness is also physical and mental.
That's why it has this name instead of health and body.

The board is for both mental and physical health, so it's an elaborate way of saying "health board"
