i just bought a desert runner a month ago. I'm really happy with it so far.
the infotainment system is a little lacking.
for $25,000, it's a pretty decent deal. if you don't need 4wd, I definitely recommend the DR package. you get the beefy suspension and tires and it's not as expensive as the pro4x.

the frontiers have a lot more power than the taco. I drove a 2011 taco TRD and it was a turd compared tot he frontier, plus i got a brand new truck for less money.
