Mine are very detailed. The same person I'm talking with in the same location and even knowing that I'm saying the same thing I said in the deja vu. It's creepy.

it varies. It has been a while since it happened. But I'd say one meaningful deja vu maybe around 10 times a year. But it isn't consecutive. I could have one today, tomorrow have 2 and then 6 months have another.
