I have mental problems that cause me to think that people I loved who have died can hear and see everything I do and are judging me all the time.
But I believe logically that those feelings are completely irrational and it's more likely that either when people die, they stop existing, or when they die, they completely move on and are waiting on the other side with no true way to interact with us until then.
