I dont know about them hearing anything in heaven, but I think they can SEE us from heaven.

I think they kind of develop another sense to know their relatives love and miss them.

My mom kinda believes they can hear/see everything

I dont think they can read minds.
I do think they can hear it if you talk out loud to them.
