Do you do your own or pay someone to do it for you? What are some good tips for having a greener lawn?

My dad usually takes care of that. He buys lawn vitamins from the grocery store and only waters on cool days.

We usually have so much bad weather that the lawn stays short.

It does look dead most of the year actually, but they tell us that adding chemicals to the ground is against the law.

We have kids in town doing it for $50 per season.
