If you want to politicize Christmas, that's your business. But please don't whine that 'they're trying to take Christmas away from us!' because you've already squandered in with your political agenda.

Whining about people saying "Happy holidays" is every bit as asinine as whining about people saying "Merry Christmas." People on both sides need to stop being so Politically Correct. (That's right, BOTH sides.) If you want to boycott Walmart because their employees say, "Happy holidays" then do it. I actually welcome your boycott. I would prefer that you do it for something less superficial than the fact that you didn't get the greeting that you demand, like maybe because they exploit child labor in third world countries, but, hey...whatever gets the job done. |
