New neighbor moved into house next door Neighbor started setting food out for stray cats Cats started sh*tting next to my front door Cats started sh*tting in my driveway underneath cars Confronted neighbors about feeding strays and the problems Neighbors continue to feed stray cats Cats walk on my cars and scratch the paint on my hood Neighbors still don't care after confronted a 2nd time Neighborhood watch was contacted (not by me) and the town wants to have meetings to improve the future of the neighborhood.
Where do I go from here?

If I wasn't in the city limits, I would fix this problem really quick. However, it is frowned upon to discharge a firearm within city limits.

No dog for home? If any cat enters my yard, dog chases or barks them away.

Just set up a bunch of humane traps with food and bring them to the pound

As ****ing corny as it sounds try coexisting with nature like civilized human beings, you guys sound like savages
You're a pet owner too, figured you'd be more cool about the situation instead of trying to "break their necks" with your bare hands

Dont get personally involved. Call animal control.

Dont start a fight with someone you have to live next to. Just let the officials take care of it. File a report and let them do their job.

I mentioned trapping and relocating them, but my wife gave me sh*t about that That might not even work. I know of a man who dropped off a cat 100 miles away and it still came back. They are excellent navigators.
