been making a lot of pizza dough/bread lately and getting tired of loading up on these: is there even a real difference between brands? i'd like to buy a big bag.

There are yeast donuts and cake donuts. They are very different things and that label is a distinguishing between the two.

I've baked millions of loaves of bread on that packaged stuff. Never had a problem.
