Cook it on the stove so you can cook out all the fat and make sure it isnt raw.

^Yes and use a spoon to drain out the fat as you cook.

No better bacon, IMO....BOAR'S HEAD PRECOOKED BACON. Lay each piece separately on a microwaveable plate, cover with wet paper towel, & nuke for 20 -35 seconds (keep checking 'til it's the crispness you like). Tastes every bit as good as if done from scratch and avoid the frying time & mess. It's expensive, but for only a couple people, it's so worth paying extra. It's $3.99 for 14 slices here, but since I think bacon is a food for the gods, I buy it at least once a month and ignore the expense.
I've tried other (and more expensive) precooked brands and they aren't nearly as good. If you're short on time and/or don't want the hassle, try it and you'll be hooked. So far as doing regular bacon in the microwave, it was a disaster! I had to throw it out. That has to be fried or baked in a pan.

OOh, gotchya so get the pre-cooked and nuke that, got it. I've seen the pre-cooked around the store but never thought to get it. I'll have to try that this weekend, plus it won't make a mess as compared to cooking on the stove.

there is "microwave ready" bacon that is still not cooked. There is a rack you buy for the microwave so that you put that bacon on the rack to cook it.
bump that poop
just break out the pan on the stove and fry that mudda

As long as it's safe, I'd eat it.
