How often do you work out? I try be active every day, but sometimes it just doesn't happen. I usually lift between 3-5 days a week(I aim for 5). I go for an hour long walk most days, and I just recently started getting trained in boxing. So this morning for example, right after breakfast my fiance and I took our dog on an hour long walk. We came home and he worked on framing some windows while I did some boxing. Then we had some lunch and about an hour later I lifted for legs- so squats, lunges, calf raises, etc.

How long u are with ur bf? Lets see, we met in...2009 I believe it was, right around halloween. Err, officially met rater. (I think a few of you know the story...not sure?) But we actually met a few months before that on an obscure online MMORPG. We were in the same guild and hated each other. We're both really stubborn and really competitive, so we bashed heads quite a bit. Anyways, a few months after being in the same guild one of our guild mates googled my AIM address and managed to find my phone number. He then posted my area code into our guilds chat, and my now fiance replied "that's my area code- I live in *town we lived in.*" He thought we were collectively pranking him, when really the two of us grew up in the same town, went to the same schools at different times, family members worked together. So anyways, we talked on the phone, aim, webcam for a few hours a day every day after that for months. Eventually he flew out to see me out on a whim..and that was October 2009. We started dating and I moved home almost immediately afterwards...and we've been together since...so I guess we're going on four years now and getting married this July.

how do u feel knowing i was the first (second?? idk) person to vote for you Hmm, I'm not sure. I honestly was surprised to see how many people voted for me. I noticed I was nominated, but didn't think much of it..and saw this thread on a whim. I hadn't checked the polls at all...didn't even really realize they were up/how close the month was to ending. I appreciate it though...I'm glad that people value my presence here, that's for sure. This forum is pretty awesome... and we get more and more awesome new members every day...I can think of at least a handful of people who I believe deserved MOTM over me...glad I beat that darn Knox though. haha. <3

^Knox can not be motm i do not approve him sorry Darc ;D Always u did fitness or else something changed u to do it? Every day on the 1st of the month Darc can be found sobbing in a corner for his beloved long lost Knox. When I was younger I never really focused on fitness. I was actually a very fat kid growing up. My mother is very large and had/has no sense of nutrition. She would send me to school every day with gummies, dry top ramen, and other unhealthy stuff. Then for lunch I would eat pizza and in high school, during break I would buy cookies almost daily. So mid high school I was around 190 pounds. I was ridding horses and playing soccer which helped a little...but I quit my high school soccer team to participate in advanced drama classes instead. By the end of high school/beginning of college I was down to about 160 pounds, but still really overweight. I had plans to not do any sports and focus strictly on school...but my colleges soccer team was short players and someone had told them that I played for a few years...so I got suckered into playing "one game" and ended up being on the team long term. Our practices were from 5-8 Monday through Friday with games on the weekends. And practice started and ended with running and sprints. That helped me lose a little more weight and I was still about 160 but a lot more athletic. This whole time I hadn't actually been trying to lose weight. When I moved home I started eating healthier and my fiance got me into lifting. I still to this day wish I lifted more seriously, but our current set up needs some serious improvements before I can lift as much as I would like to. Now I weigh 130-135 and have a lot more muscle than before. I'm hoping to keep lifting and get more serious about gains and then start boxing and hopefully eventually get to where I want health wise. I actually saw a 50(ish) year old woman the other day at the store that inspired me a bit. She was extremely muscular/vascular and probably around 12% body fat. I'd love to be a fitness competitor some day, but I have a longgg way to go before that will ever be in the cards...who knows.
