I think "healthy" would be either not sleeping around, or not being intimate period.

Whatever you are comfortable with can be considered healthy, as long as your partner is comfortable with it too, and you're doing it safely.

If you don't feel like it's a necessity in your life, then don't do it.
Other than increasing circulation to your privates (which you can do on your own), I don't see what else it's doing.

Healthy is what you and your partner feel comfortable with.
Healthy is also if you're happy being alone.
