If a black person does the same thing as a white person or worse (but to themselves)you cant call them racist because if you do then you will be called a racist. Any reason for this double standard?

Same reason as if my friend and I were both 200lbs over weight, we could call each other fat all the time

I could make white jokes with my other white friends and it wouldn't be offensive because we're making fun of ourselves.

There's a difference between criticizing the choices of people in your racial community and being racist. Give a clear example of what you mean, otherwise your question sounds dumb and naive.
