My grandpa used to give the trash guys $5 during the holidays when they would have to come get the cans by hand. Once they could stay in the truck he was like **** that lol.

Usually a card with cash, but last year our mailman told us how he purchased his first home and he was doing many renovations himself so we got him a Home Depot gift card

I don't really have interaction with mine since she delivers while I am at work but she throws her rubber bands all over my property. So no gift

My mom is a mail carrier. She gets lots of love from the folks on her route. She treats them well though.

We paid for a PO box for years because I was told I couldn't have a mailbox at my house.
Turns out you get a free PO Box if you can't have a mailbox.
All of a sudden I'm allowed to have a mailbox.
Delivery person throws a sh*t fit and wants me to put it almost a half a block from my house. **** that.
Now because I've thrown her route off, she drives a half a block up the street on the wrong side of the road so she doesn't have to turn around to get to my box.

My UPS guy that delivers to my office is awesome. I should kick him $10 for lunch next month when he brings me Amazon goodies.
