I work in an environment that's not mentally healthy. People have left crying because of the things the "superiors" have said or done. Honestly it's been giving me the shakes at night. I'm posting it in MI because I feel like I am going to lose my mind if it continues. Any advice?

Is there anyone you can report it to?

No. The owners of the company are the ones doing it.

Check local labor laws, but no one should have to deal with that
You should be able to report it to the dept of labor

If you are getting physically sick, I imagine it should be reported.

Look up labor laws for your state, but it does sound like he is breaking some of them

My bosses must know yours.
Mine verbally abuse people too. We go through over 70 employees a year. Everyone quits

I used to work in a place like that, it made me feel horrible. I left crying from work multiple times. In the end, I quit and got fired at the same time because of speaking my mind. I was really glad it was over. I think the best thing to do is get OUT.

Situations like that are hard, especially when you like your coworkers
But trust me, you deserve better!!!

I've been at the point of crying at some places. I usually just tried to make things good and then leave on good terms.
