Most people grow out of nightmares before reaching an adult. Does anyone else still suffer from bad dreams?

I dont have childish type nightmares with ghosts and monsters
But I have nightmares where people die

I've felt like that, but not from a dream, just that feeling of falling right BEFORE you get to sleep.
