i waited 2 months for a custom sofa... they brought it today
its the wrong color, and the wrong configuration: theres bed function, but no headrest -- the opposite of what i wanted
delivery guy called the salesman but salesman wasnt available
$2k down the toilet

^ That will never happen. If you are lucky they will let you use the wrong couch in meantime while new one arrives. But I doubt that will happen as well.
