Need to run a new drain pipe about 130'-140' or so. Grade is too gradual to have deep bury depth. Maybe 12"-18" on top of the pipe. Close to the last 10'-15' or so will be under a rock driveway leading to my garage that gets occasionally driven on. The current one is PVC at the house, then goes to abs/ads plastic, then back to PVC again. Although the black 4" pipe appears to be stronger to crushing, it's $37 for 10' where as dvw only 4" PVC is $13 for 10'
The failure points were at the driveway where it crushed and a coupling where they go from white to black pipe Kind of wanting to get out of this house in the near future so dont want to spend a fortune but want to do a good enough job to last and don't want to **** any future owners

Basically the sump pump every now and then and water from the kitchen sink

For the driveway, I want to find a section of 4"-6" steel pipe at a salvage yard or something to run the drain pipe inside of

ok I was going to say 18" cover is not nearly enough where you live but for a sump pump its fine, 4" is huge for a sump pump and a kitchen sink you can get away with a 3" if you wanted

I fear the 18" is about all I could do. Oh I forgot. The washing machine drains to it too. That's actually the reason I looked into the drain in the first place. The sink and sump pump still worked but the washing machine started backing up and spewing water when draining on large loads

From my sump I have 4" black perforated pipe that's buried. Works well.

Dont the perforations let mud in the pipe?
