I need a good low cost idea for it and also other design ideas. Also I need to find a way to insulate 3 big rooms. There is no insulation in the 3 rooms. (its a 100 year old house.)

Lowes isn't bad either, but that orange store gets me every time.

So if you dont mind sitting in half done rooms, you can work at your own pace and just practice.

Do you want paint? wall paper? Think of what colors would work. etc.
