One guy snuck into a guys basement and was living there for 4 months...when he caught him and called the cops..the cops and the court rulled for the guy who broke in and made him give him 30 day notice....even though the guy wasn't paying...but that's Calif for you

Unbelievable Ber how can a person whos on a property illegally get any consideration? I like 'cutting the water idea', or the electricity. Just make an accident happen and take a (long) time to fix it. Sticking 'heavies' on him might backfire. Have you thought about anonymously reporting him as a drug dealer or something. Or ordering Pizza delivery etc to his place.
