You can unlock it and get it on T-Mobile, but the 3G functionality won't work. Sprint uses CDMA so you won't be able to with them.

It's a world phone - which means it would work in other countries if you get an unlock code. It's not a dual band CDMA/GSM phone.

It can technically work on both, but it's just not that simple. Sprint most likely won't activate it
They dont care about phones they dont sell

T-Mobile, they use different bands for 3G, which this phone does not support. Sprint probably wont activate it.
