Smiles never work or the gif's I've tried different browsers, also tried changing it from desktop to android. still the same problem, solutions?

didn't try chrome tried, dolphin, stock browser, opera.
Switch to chrome?

I still am blown away by tab syncing feature across all of my devices (at home and work) on Google Chrome.
