You have $1000 to build your own computer. What would you use and how much are the items you are using?

i think i would go over $1000 the power supply, mobo, cpu and video card would be around $200 each. then i'd get a 1tb mechanical hd with a 120 gig ssd along with custom cpu cooling.

if you live near a microcenter it's $189.99 for a i5-3570k and you get $50 off if you buy a motherboard at the same time(even if it's a mobo on sale).
