Does anyone know where I might be able to find an electrical cover for this panel? Haven't been able to find it at the normal home improvement stores. I found one place online but it was like $15 after shipping.

Worse case, replace them with the rectangular style receptacles and get the triple rectangle cover.

Home Depot and Lowes both sell multi gang plates that are in pieces so you can make your own configuration.
