my parents are going away on vacation in two weeks,their house has had the same paint since 1994. its in need of new paint. im thinking of suprising them and having it painted by the time they get back.

location, quality, timeframe, siding, paint, materials type of house don't play into this at all.

You could just get some friends together and pay it yourself. You'd save like $900

My house has vinyl siding. Guess it would have to be ripped down if I wanted it to look better.
