Just try different cuts of ground meat. sirloin and ribeye, pork and filet... Don't over season. Let the meat flavor come out. And do not ever mash the burger on the grill, place it on there and let it be. If you mash it, the juices get mashed out. Let the meat rest before eating/cutting into it to allow the juices to intermingle with the meat.
