You really can't cook an egg at a proper temp with the correct amount of fat....flip it for 10 seconds and flip it over again...REALLY??

Cook it in the skillet on one side, then put it under the broiler with the rack at the top for 45 seconds. Works great.

What you do is heat the pan up with high heat and some vet/olive oil (no pam spraying bs). When the oil started to smoke, drop in egg, and cover it with lid. After 30-45 sec, you get a perfect egg. Crispy on the bottom, perfectly cook on top, perfect delicious yolk.
Note: watch out for popping oil when removing lid. Tilt the pan a bit so the hot oil is separate from the cooked egg.
