What you cook?
I like to wing things and take chances. I had some sirloin end pork chops with the bone and I put them in my roasting pan with a lemon, garlic, and spice marinade along with some minced garlic and onion powder. I put it in the oven at 375 for around 20 min. Then I sauteed some whole mini portabella (thanks microsoft for NOT giving me the right spell for that word.....) mushrooms. I sauteed them in a balsamic vinaigrette dressing (since I didn't have just balsamic) with a little salt and Worcestershire (Oh crap on the spelling) pepper. Then with the leftover juices/sauce from the mushrooms I added some brown sugar to it and reduced it; making a reduction sauce to pour over the pork. All in all, I say its pretty good flavor. All got cooked around the same time. I'm learning as I go.

I think chicken is the most fun thing to experiment with. There's so many different ways to cook it, and so much it goes with... baked, friend, roasted, bbq, added to pastas, potatoes.. I love chicken
