I just had a fresh tomato, cucumber and onion salad with olive oil, balsamic vinegar and it was mmm mmmm good.

I seriously could have another one right now. I had some wheat healthy nut bread that I dipped in there at the bottom.
Oh, and I added a little feta cheese in there as well.

my neighbor has like 12-16 tomato plants and gives us a bunch every week

I have about 10 plants.. this was my first year doing it and I had a great deal of tomatoes! I'm going to clean the garden up in the next few weeks and rework everything.
