I wanted to start some kind of blog for me to basically keep motivated to exercise daily. I plan to start tomorrow (Tuesday). If you want to start exercise and blog about it, lets make a crew. That way we can motivate each other, share goals and of the like. Thats what we do on the website/program I am doing. My problem is that I'll get going, then quit. I'm at the point now where I have high blood pressure, out of shape, always hurting somewhere and having trouble breathing at night. It is all because I've gotten too fat and out of shape and its time for a change. (Obama quote inserted.)

I'm pretty sure Jocey had a fitness blog in the wall that she was updating for her exercises and everyone joined in. It may have died though, so maybe everyone can start up a new one.

A blog is a great idea, but it'll be better served in the wall even though it is about health. Diaries/blogs and that stuff are good in the wall. You can track your progress, and if you want others to add onto your journal with their own exercise goals, they will

I have LOW blood pressure, so working out is a problem for me too. I can pass out way too easily.

Would I be allowed to post my weight struggles in there?
It'll be different from yours. I hope you know what I mean. I have eating issues.

I had one that died. I'd be interested in starting it back up. Or we could start a new one, either way I'm in. Been loving my new program. It's making me feel great. Walking to work this morning, home and then hitting the gym for a cardio day. Going to try for two hours tonight, instead of one. Going to be fun and it would be nice to be able to have a place to track it so that I'm even more accountable. My fiance is basically acting as my trainer right now for lifting days so I am at the very least accountable to him, myself, and a few co workers I've talked to about getting in shape.
