What's on your plate?
I tried to bring you guys a funny thread that didn't involve food but all I got were cat calls for more cooking. It just so happens I made a perfect steak last night so I will share it with you.
First up lets check out the sides. I made au gratin potatoes I added Canadian bacon and onion and more cheese.
I also made some nice steamed broccoli

Cut up steak looks much more appetizing to me lately than a giant hunk of meat.

Dont really change my eating so much in the spring. I might eat more fruits and veggies only since more are available.
