We actually have a dog that does that. Not because he's fat. He's just stupid. Licked a light socket when he was a pup, and apparently that was one of the side effects. Hahah

It doesn't necessarily have anything to do with a cat being "fat." My cat has trouble jumping and she weighs 6 pounds. She's too thin and we've been struggling to make her gain weight.
