once at work, on the main page, it looked like a script was trying to save ?

That happens when the webserver gets confused and tries to pass you the page script instead of interpreting it - typically experienced during periods of heavy load or misconfigured webservers.
I've seen it happen with cgi, PHP, asp, pl, seam, do, jsf, etc... it all stems from something going screwy with the webserver and it failing to interpret the page and setting it as a attachment mime type instead.
So, basically, "nothing to see here... move along please" -darc
