^mine too BUT getting back on track today. I had two eggs, some cucumber slices, and a small piece of french bread for breakfast. Lunch was a baked potato with grilled veggies and grilled chicken. No butter and no cheese. I did use a tiny bit of BBQ sauce though.(Sorry everybody, but I work at a bbq joint! ) Dinner is going to be healthy. I had one slice of a chocolate orange after my hour walk with the dog. It's been in the kitchen for a few weeks and I've been eating it slowly. This was my treat to myself for the day because I found out .99 cent cones are only on Monday at the ice cream shop. ;p The cones are tiny and I'm a sucker for homemade ****ing spumoni...but I'm also cheap and 2.30 for a small cone is so not happening...regardless of how kick ass this place's ice cream is. It was a blessing in disguise though. Even with the slice of the chocolate I am feeling good about today's decisions.

You know what's great, EGG WHITES. the yolk is so bad, but if you can get just egg whites, it's so good for you

and I disagree there that horrible for you
On another note dinner wasn't super healthy by any means...but it was delicious ...thin crust no tomato sauce pizza with veggies all over

Breakfast- bowl of cereal, 1/2 a banana
Lunch- veggie pasta, piece of bread
1.8 mile walk
Snack- non fat yogurt
