Breakfast: carrots and greek yogurt dill dip and or an apple with a diet pepsi
Lunch: apple and a diet pepsi and a sandwich
After work/before bed: microwave a grilled chicken fillet with a flat bread bun salad with nut mix and dehydrated berries with a vinegar base dressing diet v8 splash
2 weeks ago I wouldnt eat anything before work, eat double cheeseburger and fries with diet soda at work, and then order from 3 to 5 burgers, and maybe fries on the way home

Throw some eggs in there for breakfast, eat some protein at lunch too. Incorporate more healthy fats like all natural peanut butter or avocados. Vary your meats (fish, chicken, beef, turkey, etc. should all be in there). Also more fruit and veggies wouldn't hurt.
And cut out the diet soda. Only drink water, juices, coffee and milk. If you have to, use generic Crystal Light packs in your water sometimes. It's cheaper and healthier than soda

needs more protein, also possibly more calories. that stuff doesnt sound filling at all.

juice is high in sugar, spikes insulin, which promotes storage of glucose as fat.
drink water.

might not increase metabolism but it will help keep your glucose levels in your blood stable.
