Ive been eating healthier for the last 2 weeks and have been eating a salad every night after work. Ive been adding a nut mix with sunflower seeds, almonds and other nuts and also dehydrated beeries to it with a vinegar based dressing
Any other ideas? Id actually like to get away from nuts though because I think I have hemorrhoids. Even a slight chance its chrones

bacon bits (surprisingly healthy)... or, if that's a concern, what about some low fat ham?

throw the chicken breast on a geroge foreman if you have to, dont microwave it and its plenty healthy. then throw it on the salad

Eating healthy sucks! I get tormented every time I smell mcdonalds or burger king and I have to go shopping every 2 or 3 days because anything healthy doesnt last a week in the fridge

really takes away from the health aspect of the greens when i soak them in caesar dressing and top with cheese, but its good

I typically put: onions, tomatoes, sprinkled sharp cheddar, blue cheese crumbles and use italian dressing with lots of salt/pepper.

My dad is on my case nearly every other day about my health, not fat just put on some lbs around the midsection, said he sees patients everyday with diabetes, doesn't want that happening to me
