Oh and the only way to jalapenos and cream cheese is to but some shredded extra sharp cheddar on top, and then wrap them with thick cut bacon. Half an hour in the oven and a 2 days of an awesome smelling house.

Take jalapenos and half them. For awesome mode, leave some of the seeds, other wise wash them all out. Take about a spoonful of cream cheese (not that naustaful sh*t that they sell next to the cream cheese) and pack it in the halved jalapeno. (edit for clarity - so if you bought 10 peppers, you would get 20 poppers) Top with some shredded Tillamook extra sharp cheddar, then wrap with some thick cut bacon. I actually use the center cut stuff because it is a tad shorter and holds a little better. But then bitches in the oven at 350 for 30-40 minutes (depending on the size of the bacon), pop open a cold one, and enjoy.
