Making white bread and wheat bread. Never done this before. Does it normally come out good?

i just borrowed my parents bread maker a few days ago. Have made some cheese and onion bread, and some plain italian bread so far

The thing I never understood is why you need a machine to make what is easily made with a pan and oven or car and $1.99.

homemade bread is GOOD ..cousin just gave us a nice loaf of bread he made from his bread machine . Smells and tastes so homey

bread machines are awesome!! ---------------------------------------- RecipeOriginal Recipe Yield 1 - 1 1/2 pound loaf Ingredients 1 cup warm water (110 degrees F/45 degrees C) 2 tablespoons white sugar 1 (.25 ounce) package bread machine yeast 1/4 cup vegetable oil 3 cups bread flour 1 teaspoon salt Directions Place the water, sugar and yeast in the pan of the bread machine. Let the yeast dissolve and foam for 10 minutes. Add the oil, flour and salt to the yeast. Select Basic or White Bread setting, and press Start. = Good Bread every time
