Chili is EASY. This recipie can be done in a slow cooker, but it can be thrown together in a matter of 20 minutes.
2 lbs of ground beef
2 medium onions, cut fine.
Both of these have to be fried up in a pan, the onions dont need to be carmelized.
2 cans of red kidney beans, juice included!
2 cans of tomato soup
2 cans of water
2 cans of mushrooms (optional)
2 cloves of garlic
1 tablespoon of sugar
2 tsp of chili powder.
Anything else you can think of!
throw it all in a pot. cook it. Seriously chili is easy.
